Terms of Service

The agreement begins the moment the site is used. Access is granted on the condition that it is used lawfully and not in a way that degrades the service for others.

Scraping, probing for vulnerabilities, submitting automated orders and any activity that overloads the site are prohibited. Where fraud or persistent misuse is detected, access may be suspended and orders placed by automated means cancelled.

Credentials issued to a customer must be kept confidential and reported promptly if they may have been obtained by someone else.

The site is provided on an as-available basis, and maintenance or security work may require part of it to be withdrawn for a period. Where that affects an order already placed, the customer is contacted rather than left to discover it.

Where any part of these terms is not accepted, the site should not be used; questions about an individual clause may be raised before an order is placed.

An order is an offer to purchase, and a contract is formed only when Wellcare Daily confirms dispatch. Until that point, neither side is bound.

An order may be declined where an item is out of stock, where payment cannot be verified, where the delivery address is incomplete, or where fraud is suspected. Where an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, the full amount is refunded and a reason is given.

The order confirmation email records what was received; the dispatch email is the point at which the contract is complete and the parcel is on its way.

Should something listed as available turn out not to be, the customer hears about it before payment rather than after, and can drop the rest of the order at that moment.

Quantities are limited, which makes the product page the only reliable indication of what is in stock at a given moment.

The next stage is payment. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice, but the price confirmed on the order email applies to that order.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout from the delivery address. Payment is taken on the processor's hosted page, and full card numbers are never stored by Wellcare Daily.

The accepted methods are set out in the Payment Policy, which forms part of these terms. No surcharge is applied for paying by card, and no discount is offered for any particular method.

Where a promotion applies, the reduced figure is shown before confirmation and is the one used if a refund later becomes due.

If a technical fault showed a wrong price, the customer is contacted before dispatch and may either continue at the correct figure or step away for a full refund.

Once the parcel leaves the warehouse, delivery is governed by the estimates set out in the Shipping Policy rather than by any promise of a fixed date.

Delivery dates are estimates. Wellcare Daily is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, severe weather, an incomplete address or a parcel that is not collected.

Risk passes on delivery, but where a parcel is lost or damaged in transit Wellcare Daily pursues the carrier and offers a replacement or refund once the claim is settled.

Where the carrier offers a delivery window or a collection point, that arrangement sits between the customer and the carrier once the parcel is in the carrier's network, and a parcel cannot be redirected after dispatch.

A delivery that fails because the address was wrong leaves the cost of retrieval and re-dispatch with the customer, unless the error was Wellcare Daily's.

An item that has not been used may be sent back within 30 days of delivery, on the basis set out in the Return Policy, which is incorporated here.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven calendar days of the returned item passing inspection. The bank's own posting time is additional and sits outside that period.

Returned items remain the customer's responsibility until they reach Wellcare Daily, which is why a tracked service is recommended for anything of value.

On any returns question where the two documents point in different directions, the Return Policy carries the detail and takes precedence.

No entitlement that the law forbids waiving is affected by anything in this section.

Where the original card has expired, write to [email protected] once the bank confirms the closure, and an alternative arrangement will be made.

A return that is not eligible under the Return Policy does not become eligible because a refund is requested a second time.

Flat-pack storage units should be assembled following the supplied instructions and fixed to a suitable wall wherever the instructions call for it. Use the fittings provided, check that shelves and runners are seated correctly, and never exceed the load limits printed in the manual.

The care guidance on the product page, and on any label in the box, is part of what the item is sold on and should be observed.

Where the instructions supplied appear to contradict the product page, follow the instructions supplied and report the discrepancy so that the listing can be corrected.

A manufacturer's warranty, where one is supplied, runs in parallel with these terms and does not displace them.

Damage arising from misuse, from disregarding care instructions, or from altering an item beyond its intended purpose is not covered by the Return Policy or by any warranty that may apply.

Where an item arrives without instructions, or the instructions appear wrong for it, contact Wellcare Daily before use so the correct guidance can be confirmed.

Care guidance exists for the customer's sake: observing it looks after the item and, where relevant, whoever is using it.

The text, photography, graphics, page layout and the Wellcare Daily name are owned by Wellcare Daily or used under licence, and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Linking to a product page and quoting a short extract in a review or article is permitted, and images are usually supplied for genuine editorial use on request.

Names and marks belonging to other parties stay with those parties, and no licence to use them is granted by anything on this site.

Using the Wellcare Daily name, logo or photography in a way that suggests endorsement of, or connection with, another business is not permitted.

Where a genuine rights complaint is raised, Wellcare Daily acts on it promptly rather than leaving the matter unresolved.

A request to use Wellcare Daily photography for editorial purposes is usually granted, provided the images are not altered and the source is credited.

Third-party names referred to on the site are used only to describe compatibility or origin, and their owners retain all rights in them.

Using the site carries a small number of obligations. Nothing unlawful, abusive or misleading may be submitted through it, and no one else's payment details may be used.

The security or availability of the service must not be interfered with, and the site must not be used in a way that degrades it for other customers.

Equally prohibited is placing orders without any intention of paying, or using the returns process as a de facto borrowing arrangement.

From time to time an order may be held for a routine verification step. That is a check rather than an allegation, and it is released as soon as the details match the record.

Where these rules are broken, orders may be cancelled and accounts closed, and fraudulent payment activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

If a payment is reversed without any contact first, a different payment method may be needed on later orders until the matter is settled.

Not every transaction goes as intended, and this section sets out where responsibility lies.

To the extent permitted by law, Wellcare Daily is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the site or from the purchase of a product.

This section does not set aside responsibility for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, nor for fraud, and it does not remove any statutory entitlement that cannot be given up.

The most that can be recovered on any claim connected with an order is the sum the customer paid for it.

If an item damages property, what follows turns on whether it was used as intended and on any warranty from the maker; the routes open are set out once the facts are clear.

Nothing in this section is intended to discourage a genuine complaint, and no period within which a claim may be brought is shortened.

These terms may be amended to reflect changes in how the business operates or in the law, and the version published on this page is the version in force.

Continuing to use the site after an amendment indicates acceptance of the amended terms, and the date of the latest revision is shown at the top of the page.

Amendments are not applied retrospectively to orders already placed: the terms in force at the time of purchase continue to govern that purchase.

If a revision materially cuts back a customer's rights, that is flagged at the top of the page instead of being buried in the body.

Earlier versions are retained and may be requested by quoting the order reference.

Where an amendment is required by law, it takes effect from the date the law requires rather than from the date of publication.

These terms are governed by the law of the United States and of the state in which Wellcare Daily's registered office is located, disregarding conflict-of-law rules.

Before any formal step is taken, write to Wellcare Daily with the order reference and a description of the problem, since most disagreements are resolved at that stage.

Where a disagreement cannot be resolved by correspondence, both sides agree to attempt mediation before proceedings are issued.

The courts of that state hear any claim that reaches court, although a consumer may still approach a local consumer body or small-claims procedure.

The governing law does not remove protections available under the consumer law of the customer's own state or country, which apply alongside this clause.

Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from approaching a consumer-protection body in their own country as well as in the state named above.

Quote the order reference for anything to do with a purchase, and head correspondence of a legal nature as such so it is routed to the right desk.

An answer comes back within one working day on weekdays, and any clause that reads unclearly will be talked through rather than left hanging.

Correspondence about a formal complaint or a data request is logged and answered in writing, so that both parties hold a record of what was said.

Where a message covers more than one subject, it is answered in a single reply addressing each point rather than in several separate responses.
